  DAY 15: Wednesday POSTers — PRESSREADER                  After creating manual for PressReader last tuesday, we created different templates for poster to be posted on different social media of BU Library, the poster introduces the new online database of magazines, newspapers and other periodicals which is the PressReader itself. It also include how to simply register and visit the pressreader website. Creating this template will inform students, personnel and users of PressReader of Bicol University. In creating this, we collaborated with Ma'am Lai Belardo together with the rest of the content team to create quickly an informative posters.  #POSTers

  DAY 14: CHOOSEDAY in the making - pressreader manual:)          On this day, our team was assigned on making a pressReader manual. PressReader is a digital newsstand featuring 7000+ of the world's most popular newspapers & magazines. Since the Bicol University library group can now be used to register on this digital newsstand, we created an E-MAIL ACCOUNT-BASED registration manual that contains a step-by-step guide for Bicol University students and personnel. The manual will be posted on the University Library social accounts for the reference of everyone.           Task on this day thought me to explore and understand new things.  #PressReaderGuide #chooseDAYindamaking

  DAY 13: Monday papers and OJT Coordinator visit Day 13 is a paper works day, we are assigned to arrange some papers in the office. Checks surveys and work together. We also digitized those papers to produce e-copies. There are no further task assigned to us on this day, our team discusses some of the assigned future task  to be ready on the next coming days. This day also is the first visit of our OJT Coordinator, as where we shared thoughts and our assigned task.  #mondaypaperssss

  DAY 12: Editing & Digitization Day, Friday! On this day, our group was assigned again in the scanning area since we don't have assigned task in the Content/Production Team. It's our agreement in this office to work in other area if we don't have assigned task in our respective teams. We called it task rotation. What's the best here is that we enjoyed every task assigned to us since we are not only doing one task, they let us to explore and learn other things on our schedules.   DAY 11: A busy day in the Library After grabbing a cup of coffee in the Network and Server room, we volunteered in the Guard Desk to welcome visitors and researchers in the Library. This day is not a usual day in the library, it is a busy day as it welcomes outside visitors for the Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding and Launching of Peace Education Resource Nook at the University Library Third Floor. This is such a great opportunity as we meet more people and different personalities. As part of the Content/Production Team, I was also assigned in taking photos of the visitors at the event. Together with my Teammates Naz and Majadas, they are also the videographer and photographer that time.  After the event, we go back in the Network and Server Room. At this hour, I was editing the photos and videos taken during the event. I also send some of the photos to the visitors who asked for it.  What I can say on this day is, "today is such a productive day".  A cup...

   Day 10: Scanning and Editing Wednesday In the morning, our task is to create new template for the Book Awardee in the library. We are assigned again in the network server room to help the Digitization Group to digitized thesis after our task in the content group.  Here's some of the templates we created on this day:  After the template editing, we are assigned already in the scanning section where in we digitized hardbound Graduate School thesis by scanning and editing to provide a digital copies. My realization on this day is that being patient will brings improvement on our daily tasks. That's all for today! #wednesdaytask&realization

  DAY 9: Busy Tuesday at Discussion Room — Template Day On this day, we gathered in the discussion room to discuss the template that we are going to create for every occasion/gatherings and events in the University Library.  Each of us (Content Team) shares our own perspective and ideas. The discussion also went into sharing insights that can be incorporated in creating the template. At the end of the day, we did not just create a template but we also create a great bond and shared our own purpose on the team. Tuesday is again a job well done and a good experience to us. Today is not just a busy Tuesday but a day of collaboration and creativity.  #collabbusyDAY
