Day 13: Monday Paperworks

 

DAY 13: Monday papers and OJT Coordinator visit


Day 13 is a paper works day, we are assigned to arrange some papers in the office. Checks surveys and work together. We also digitized those papers to produce e-copies. There are no further task assigned to us on this day, our team discusses some of the assigned future task  to be ready on the next coming days. This day also is the first visit of our OJT Coordinator, as where we shared thoughts and our assigned task.

DAY 2- Content Group

  Day Two: A collaboration with the content group 💫Exploring new things on net for a new UL Virtual Tour 2024 #CGMEETing Day 2 starts with a meeting with our mentor Ma'am Laila Belardo. I was assigned in the content group together with John Mhel Naz, Beverly Grace Borbe, and Paul John Majadas. Ma'am Belardo assigned us to explore about other libraries virtual tour and create an outline for the Bicol University Virtual Tour 2024.  Watch and Learn: Exploring other Libraries      After the meeting, we go back to the Library Technical Room to prepare the outline. We   start with exploring other University Libraries Virtual tour on the internet and get some ideas by analyzing their styles and approaches.  #outlinemaking After we explore, with the ideas in mind, we sat down to make a plan for the virtual tour.  DAY 2 was about working together and making a plan for the library's virtual tour.
