DAY 14: CHOOSEDAY in the making - pressreader manual:)

On this day, our team was assigned on making a pressReader manual. PressReader is a digital newsstand featuring 7000+ of the world's most popular newspapers & magazines. Since the Bicol University library group can now be used to register on this digital newsstand, we created an E-MAIL ACCOUNT-BASED registration manual that contains a step-by-step guide for Bicol University students and personnel. The manual will be posted on the University Library social accounts for the reference of everyone.

Task on this day thought me to explore and understand new things.

Day 59-61: User Manual Creation

Day 59-61: BUL e-logbook User Manual May 8-10, 2024 On day 59-61, our mentor in the BUL e-loogbook system assigned me to create its user manual. The manual composed of how the software used in creating this was installed and being used. It also includes how the user will manipulate or use the system. There are also step-by-step directions on this for the users to easily understand the flow of the system. This is the last task that was assigned to me before we leave the office as our 486 hours will be completed. That's all for this days task:)

DAY 2- Content Group

Day Two: A collaboration with the content group 💫Exploring new things on net for a new UL Virtual Tour 2024 #CGMEETing Day 2 starts with a meeting with our mentor Ma'am Laila Belardo. I was assigned in the content group together with John Mhel Naz, Beverly Grace Borbe, and Paul John Majadas. Ma'am Belardo assigned us to explore about other libraries virtual tour and create an outline for the Bicol University Virtual Tour 2024. Watch and Learn: Exploring other Libraries After the meeting, we go back to the Library Technical Room to prepare the outline. We start with exploring other University Libraries Virtual tour on the internet and get some ideas by analyzing their styles and approaches. #outlinemaking After we explore, with the ideas in mind, we sat down to make a plan for the virtual tour.
