  Day 59-61: BUL e-logbook User Manual  May 8-10, 2024                On day 59-61, our mentor in the BUL e-loogbook system assigned me to create its user manual. The manual composed of how the software used in creating this was installed and being used. It also includes how the user will manipulate or use the system. There are also step-by-step directions on this for the users to easily understand the flow of the system. This is the last task that was assigned to me before we leave the office as our 486 hours will be completed. That's all for this days task:)

Day 58: Research and Development Forum           On day 58, there are no task assigned to us in the office. Our mentors gave us the whole day for us to prepare and present our Capstone in the BUCS Research and Development Forum. There we had the change to present our research. This gave us to opportunity to share our knowledge and skills to everyone. This day was credited to our OJT hours as per our mentor and supervisor said.   

 Day 56-57: Network and Server Room Duties May 2 & 3, 2024                In day 56-57, our team was assigned into random task inside the Network and Server Room. The task includes works in the Content Team such as editing the past BU Library videos and photos. We also work as the Network and Server Room support, this task includes assisting students that uses PCs in the Library Network Area. Aside from that, we also assist in cabling and technical support where in this task has provide with technical skills, and support. All of those task provide us with experiences and knowledge relevant to it. Those wasn't documented that is why I cant provide photos regarding this. 

  Day 54-55: Data & Templates  April 29 & 30, 2024                  On Day 54-55, my task is to create an excel template for the CSM 2024, this includes where the data will be inserted or recorded as well as the computation of the total responses on each group of data. This is being assigned to me by our mentor Ma'am Laila. This task has thought me to be more familiar in excel functions. Aside from that, it thought me to more focus on every details and such. There are o task assigned to us on this days as we already finished some. That would be all for this days blog.  

  Day 53: Entertaining and Capturing Guest                Bicol University Main Library was visited by the Grade 10 Students of Blessed Name of Mary College Inc. for their Career Expo. Our Team was assigned to Entertain students and captured how they enjoyed their visit. This such a great experience in our part, aside from we enjoyed it, it also help us to build our confidence to communicate with others. We also tour and show them the different areas and different transactions inside the library premises. The students had the chance to explore different kind of books from first floor to third floor. Capturing their moments is fun :) That's all for today:)

  Day 52: Girls in ICT Day                 On this day, there are no assigned task to us in the Network and Server Room. We call it a free day but time is credited. In the afternoon, we attended the Girls in ICT Day Leadership Mentoring Session in the Bicol University College of Science. The mentoring session is a great opportunity that I have attended in. The event opened my eyes and mind when in comes to Digital Creatives, Digital Careers in the Gig and Freelancing Economy, as well as careers in ICT and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. This event marks a pivotal moment in my journey as a Girl in the ICT/IT field. That's all for this day's moment:)
