Day 59-61: User Manual Creation

Day 59-61: BUL e-logbook User Manual  May 8-10, 2024                On day 59-61, our mentor in the BUL e-loogbook system assigned me to create its user manual. The manual composed of how the software used in creating this was installed and being used. It also includes how the user will manipulate or use the system. There are also step-by-step directions on this for the users to easily understand the flow of the system. This is the last task that was assigned to me before we leave the office as our 486 hours will be completed. That's all for this days task:)

Day 47: VB.net Demo and Office Works

Day 47: VB.net Program Demonstration and Office Works                Day 47 task is to finish some office works such as editing files, documents, and photos. This task helps me to more focus on every details even if small ones. Each day, I have learned random task here that makes me to enjoy my stay here. My 47th day of OJT in this office feels like a year of duties, it brings lots of opportunities, experiences, knowledge and self confidence in my part. After such task, I also explained the details about the BUL e-logbook Vb.net Program that I created the past days. We had a quick demonstration with our mentor Sir Mike together with my co-OJT's. We also try to use the program to compute our time rendered in this office. That's all for today:)

DAY 30: VB.net Programming

DAY 30: Programming Phase After designing the login form yesterday, I proceed to programming phase. This phase helps me to  create event handlers that manage such user events. Once the login process is successful, these event handlers will initiate activities such as verifying user input, authenticating credentials, and going to the main application interface. I'm working this task little by little since I am also also assigned in the Content Group, I also create designs and contents regarding the office requirements. That would be all for today:) #programmingPHASE
