Day 41: More Paper workssss

DAY 41: More Paper Works

           Day 41 seems to be a paperwork day. I was assigned on this day to print documents and arrange it one by one. I also had to make sure that each paper is labeled correctly and placed it into its corresponding folders. This task may be simple but this required an extra attention on every details to avoid misplacements of the important papers. This also helps me to make extra effort to patiently double check each paper and files. After organizing, I do summarizing the details and report it to our mentor. This is the only task I was assigned on on this day. That's all for today.

  Day 59-61: BUL e-logbook User Manual  May 8-10, 2024                On day 59-61, our mentor in the BUL e-loogbook system assigned me to create its user manual. The manual composed of how the software used in creating this was installed and being used. It also includes how the user will manipulate or use the system. There are also step-by-step directions on this for the users to easily understand the flow of the system. This is the last task that was assigned to me before we leave the office as our 486 hours will be completed. That's all for this days task:)

DAY 2- Content Group

  Day Two: A collaboration with the content group 💫Exploring new things on net for a new UL Virtual Tour 2024 #CGMEETing Day 2 starts with a meeting with our mentor Ma'am Laila Belardo. I was assigned in the content group together with John Mhel Naz, Beverly Grace Borbe, and Paul John Majadas. Ma'am Belardo assigned us to explore about other libraries virtual tour and create an outline for the Bicol University Virtual Tour 2024.  Watch and Learn: Exploring other Libraries      After the meeting, we go back to the Library Technical Room to prepare the outline.
