Day 21: Quality checking — Manual testing

 On this day, Sir Rollie Montealegre (one of our mentor) assigned our team as to be the Quality assurance Team, our task was to test the User Guide/Manual that he assigned to the Developers Team. The Manual was about the Technical and Development Documentation regarding the system that they are currently working. After the testing process, Sir Rollie let us to take note of all the steps we successfully run. He gave us chance to share our thoughts, comments, and suggestions to make improvements on the said Technical and Development Documentation. This day's task is a good opportunity to everyone of us to understand different areas in the workplace. Other task on this day are done that leaves a new experience and knowledge to me and my team. Day 5- WednesDATE Workloads

  Day 5: Productive WednesDATE — Editing, Shooting & Scanning Early in the morning of the 5th day of our OJT, we are assigned in editing some documents. We stayed in the Network & Server room to do some other task after this.  After the editing session, we are assigned into the digitization of Graduate school's thesis. In this task, we converted hard copies into digital copies. What is best in this office is that we are not just doing one task, we also explore other task that is a good thing for us to be ready on our next real life work experiences.  After the task inside, we use our remaining time to start shooting the trailer of the BUL Virtual Tour. Another task and good experience on this day.  After a long tiring yet enjoyable day, here's a simple present/ valentine treat from our mentor Sir Rollie. Day 3 - Monday Motivations

  Monday motivations beginning:  My 3rd day at BUL — encoding 👩‍💻 Starting a day productively is a great start for a new week, it helps me to stay focus and motivated. #motivatedmonDAY     On this day , I was assigned in encoding and computing the Library's Temporary receipt for external researchers of January 2024. It was assigned to me by our mentor Ma'am Laila. Encoding and computing is also a great job to do based on my experience, it helps me to manage and process data and test my problem solving skills.  No more task after this, we use   our free time  to have a great bond with our OJT Buddies.
