Day 3 - Monday Motivations

 

Monday motivations beginning:  My 3rd day at BUL — encoding 👩‍💻

Starting a day productively is a great start for a new week, it helps me to stay focus and motivated. #motivatedmonDAY



    On this day, I was assigned in encoding and computing the Library's Temporary receipt for external researchers of January 2024. It was assigned to me by our mentor Ma'am Laila. Encoding and computing is also a great job to do based on my experience, it helps me to manage and process data and test my problem solving skills. 

No more task after this, we use  our free time to have a great bond with our OJT Buddies. Our time is well spend by sharing of ideas for the next task and chitchats.  That's all for today. Thank you! 😊

  Day 59-61: BUL e-logbook User Manual  May 8-10, 2024                On day 59-61, our mentor in the BUL e-loogbook system assigned me to create its user manual. The manual composed of how the software used in creating this was installed and being used. It also includes how the user will manipulate or use the system. There are also step-by-step directions on this for the users to easily understand the flow of the system. This is the last task that was assigned to me before we leave the office as our 486 hours will be completed. That's all for this days task:)

DAY 2- Content Group

  Day Two: A collaboration with the content group 💫Exploring new things on net for a new UL Virtual Tour 2024 #CGMEETing Day 2 starts with a meeting with our mentor Ma'am Laila Belardo. I was assigned in the content group together with John Mhel Naz, Beverly Grace Borbe, and Paul John Majadas. Ma'am Belardo assigned us to explore about other libraries virtual tour and create an outline for the Bicol University Virtual Tour 2024.  Watch and Learn: Exploring other Libraries      After the meeting, we go back to the Library Technical Room to prepare the outline. We   start with exploring other University Libraries Virtual tour on the internet and get some ideas by analyzing their styles and approaches.  #outlinemaking After we explore, with the ideas in mind, we sat down to make a plan for the virtual tour.  DAY 2 was about working together and making a plan for the library's virtual tour.
